What to Bring
All students attending in-person June or July sessions should plan to stay overnight on campus.
Packing for overnight sessions:
Students attending orientation in person during June or July sessions are encouraged to stay overnight during their two-day orientation experience in Martin Hall. If you wish to room with a particular student, please check-in at the same time and inform the Housing staff.
Please review the list below to help pack for your overnight stay. There is a session that includes physical activities in our Health, Leisure and Sports facility. Be sure to bring shoes and clothing fitting your participation in those activities.

- Pajamas
- Sunscreen/Sunglasses
- Pencil/Pen
- Sheets for an extra-long twin size bed/comforter/sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Towel
- Toiletries
- Medications
- Rain jacket/umbrella
- Gym clothes/sneakers
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Clothes for Day 2 of Orientation
- Phone charger
- Water bottle
All students attending June or July orientation in person are encouraged to stay overnight during their 2-day orientation experience. Pease be prepared to bring bedding, a towel, change of clothes and toiletries for a one night stay. Orientation and housing do not provide linens, toiletries, or other personal items. There is a session that includes physical activities. Please have shoes and athletic clothing for participation in those activities.
