Housing Rates
Housing and Residence Life at UWF provides a one rate experience with close proximity to on campus resources and engaging events. All rates are per person, per semester, per room type.
Important note about rates:
Please make sure that you're aware of which Academic Year Housing Rates bracket applies to your contract.
- Contracts completed for the upcoming Academic Year (starting in Fall 2026) fall into the 2026/2027 Academic Year Housing Rates bracket.

**Students must be registered with Student Accessibility Resources and have been approved for housing accommodations to be eligible for SAR-approved single occupancy spaces.

- Campus security
- Community activities
- Community desk assistance
- Fully furnished room
- Internet access
- Living Learning Community where applicable
- Resident Assistants (RA) assistance
- Transportation via trolley around campus
- Unlimited utilities: water, electricity, trash

All rental rates and the incremental annual increases are approved by the University of West Florida Board of Trustees. Rates are subject to change.
