Roommate Agreements

We strongly encourage roommates to discuss and agree on ground rules for living together prior-to or upon move-in. To help facilitate that discussion, please use the provided  UWF Housing Roommate Agreement. The housing agreement covers things like equipment sharing, when guests are and are not welcome in shared spaces, and how each roommate prefers to be communicated with.

If you encounter problems after having completed the agreement together, you can modify this agreement by contacting a Residence Hall staff member. All things agreed upon do not supersede the Housing Handbook, Code of Conduct, or other University Regulations.
