Self-Help Resources

CAPS offers a range of self-help resources for all active students.

TAO by Uplift

TAO by Uplift is a web-based program that offers engaging, interactive modules to teach life skills and help you bounce back from disappointments or stumbling blocks. It is confidential, free and available to all UWF students.

Togetherall Peer Support

A virtual community where members are anonymous to each other, they can share how they are feeling and support each other. It is Clinically managed with trained professionals available 24/7 to keep the community safe. It offers self-assessments and recommended resources, creative tools to help express how you’re feeling, and a wide range of self-guided courses at your own pace.

Mental Health Screening

Mental health is a key part of overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional—they are a checkup from the neck up. This program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire, you will see your results, recommendations and key resources.
