If you need mental health support after hours, there are several service options available to you.

After Hours Counseling Support
Counseling and Psychological Services offers after-hours phone counseling to UWF students. Call our main number at 850.474.2420 and follow the prompts to be transferred to a phone counselor.

Togetherall Peer Support
A virtual community where members are anonymous to each other, they can share how they are feeling and support each other. It is Clinically managed with trained professionals available 24/7 to keep the community safe. It offers self-assessments and recommended resources, creative tools to help express how you’re feeling, and a wide range of self-guided courses at your own pace.
TAO by Uplift
TAO by Uplift is a web-based program that offers engaging, interactive modules to teach life skills and help you bounce back from disappointments or stumbling blocks. It is confidential, free and available to all UWF students.
Mental Health Screening
Mental health is a key part of overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional—they are a checkup from the neck up. This program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire, you will see your results, recommendations and key resources.
