My name is Princess Bayne, and I am truly honored to be part of the Counseling and Psychological Services team at the University of West Florida. I bring with me over a decade of experience as a dedicated Administrative Assistant in the demanding yet rewarding field of child and adult psychiatry. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to manage the complex administrative needs of a busy psychiatric practice. I am highly skilled in scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential client records, processing insurance claims, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and providers. My background spans both child and adult psychiatry, which has equipped me to effectively support the diverse needs of clients and their families. I understand the sensitive nature of mental health care and remain committed to the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and client service. I pride myself on anticipating the needs of both staff and clients, often going above and beyond to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for every individual.
