Housing Rates

An incremental four-year rental rate increase was approved by the Florida Board of Trustees and implemented in the Fall 2023. The Housing rates for the next four years are listed below.


Important note about rates:

Please make sure that you're aware of which Academic Year Housing Rates bracket applies to your contract.

  • Contracts that are completed for Spring 2023 and Summer 2023 fall into the 2023/2024 Academic Year Housing Rates bracket.
  • Contracts that are completed for the upcoming Academic Year (starting in Fall 2024) fall into the 2024/2025 Academic Year Housing Rates bracket. 

Rates for Freshmen and First-Time in College (FTIC) Students

*All FTIC students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan, which begins at $2,471 per semester. This rate is subject to change, please visit Dining Services for more information.

**Students must be registered with Student Accessibility Resources and have been approved for housing accommodations to be eligible for SAR-approved single occupancy spaces.

Please note: Argo Hall private spaces are only offered during Summer 2024 and are not available for any other contract period. If you are assigned to or selected a double occupancy space in Argo for Fall 2024/Spring 2025, the assigned roommate will move in during the Fall Opening in August.

  • Transportation via trolley around campus 
  • Unlimited utilities: water, electricity, trash
