Biography

Dr. Charlotte Philyaw, DNP, MBA, RN is the Interim TBSN Program Director and a Lecturer in the School of Nursing. She teaches courses in the Traditional BSN and RN-BSN programs. During her 30 plus years as a professor nurse, she has practiced in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Interventional Radiology, Home Health, Education, and Leadership.
Dr. Philyaw received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences, Master's in Nursing (Education) from Kaplan University, Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare from Western Governors University, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Walden University.
