School of Nursing

No boundaries. No limits.

Want to become a nurse? Our students are second to none. They have an unstoppable will and a desire to rip through mediocrity. Our nursing students are leaving others in the dust, moving forward without fear, without limits.

Big values. Bigger impact.

We move with purpose. Driven by a care and concern for our fellow man—and the world—we're creating the next generation of health care professionals who are impacting their communities and the world, not just because of what they do, but because of the way they do it. Whether you are interested in a B.S. in Nursing (Pre-licensure) degree or our RN to BSN Online program, the UWF School of Nursing can help you achieve your goal of becoming a nurse!

Selecting the best nursing school in Florida can be difficult. To make the process easier first look for a school that supports students towards licensure and beyond. A great way to measure this is through NCLEX-RN "pass rates." We have ranked the top 50 nursing schools in Florida by analyzing current and historical NCLEX-RN "pass rates", meaning the percentage of graduates who pass the exam, out of the 154 RN programs in the state. Programs reviewed include schools that offer an Associate in Nursing (ADN/ASN), BSN, or Direct-Entry MSN Degree.

"It's a very positive experience and they are here for you....they really are!"
