The hiring of the best, qualified candidate is a two-step process. The details of this process are outlined within the Recruitment and Selection pages of the HR website.
- Recruitment is the process of attracting qualified candidates to apply for the job. This can be done through a variety of methods, such as job postings, online advertising, employee referrals, and networking.
- Selection is the process of evaluating the candidates and choosing the best one for the job. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and determining the individual who is the best fit for the position.
