Biography

Jorge Flores earned a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Chadron State College and a Master’s in Mathematics from the University of Wyoming. He enjoys teaching and working with students. He is especially interested in getting students excited about mathematics through math competitions, seminars, and similar activities. Jorge is also interested in finite geometry. Specifically, he is interested in constructing Steiner systems and embedding partial linear spaces into projective planes. Jorge also enjoys music and has been playing bass guitar for many years.
