UWF High Performance Computing Research
The High Performance Computing (HPC) Research group focuses on developing algorithms and software tools that enable applications to make effective use of high end computing systems, such as massively parallel supercomputers. It is open to all undergraduate & graduate students with strong programming skills in C/C++ who are interested in either developing technology for cutting edge systems or in using such systems to solve important problems in science and society.
HPC Research Group
We live in exciting times, with the tremendous power of high end computing systems promising solutions to problems in science and society. These systems can benefit applications ranging from modeling of nano-scale systems to strategies for mitigating the spread of global epidemics. In the HPC research group, we work with collaborators in the application domain from around the world to develop technology and solutions addressing critical real world problems.
