Student Organizations
There are more than 130 Student Organizations at the University of West Florida. Types of organizations include Registered Student Organizations, Fraternities and Sororities, Departmental Organizations and Sport Clubs.
Argo Pulse
Argo Pulse is a web-based platform that helps students get involved in campus life. It provides an easy way for students to search for student organizations on campus, stay connected with upcoming events and opportunities and manage their student organizations.
Student Leader Eligibility
Students must meet the minimum criterion to be eligible to seek and retain a leadership position in any Student Organization outlined in the Student Leadership Eligibility policy. If there are any questions regarding eligibility, students should reach out to the Office of Student Engagement at studentorgs@uwf.edu.

Alcohol Policy for Student Organizations Sponsored Events
This policy is applicable to all Student Organizations and Student Organization Sponsored Events, both on and off campus. Student Organizations are required to comply with all applicable local and state laws and university regulations and policies pertaining to alcoholic beverages at sponsored events.
Nighttime Events
This policy sets forth guidelines for student-sponsored events occurring after 5 p.m.

Student Organization Event Registration
In order to manage University resources and comply with University regulations and policies, Student Organizations are required to register most events with the University. This policy describes the process for Student Organization sponsored events at UWF.
