Biography

Bill Dagnall is the Assistant Vice President of Contact Center Operations, leading teams of committed professionals across two sites in the Business Membership branch. Formerly, he was Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Greater Pensacola Operations where he was responsible for planning, organizing and directing Navy Federal's business development activities and workforce strategies that promote brand identity and growth for the organization in Northwest Florida.

Bill has been employed with Navy Federal for 28 years, starting his credit union career as the Singapore Branch Manager in 1995. Prior to relocating to Pensacola in 2008, he held leadership positions within the organization in Jacksonville, FL and Virginia Beach, VA. Bill is a two-time recipient of the Navy Federal President’s Award for Service Excellence.

Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and the University of West Florida Haas Center Economic Advisory Board. Bill is a graduate of the Greater Pensacola Chamber’s Leadership Pensacola program (LeaP Class of 2014).  

Bill obtained his bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA. He also holds Executive Leadership Certifications from Columbia Business School, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Stanford University School of Business, and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Early in Bill’s career, he was a disc jockey for five years at country radio station 540 WDXN.

Bill, a native of Clarksville, TN, enjoys spending quality time his family and friends.
