Digital Signage

University Commons and Event Services operates two digital signage displays in the Commons concourse: one by the Nautilus Market and one near the entrance to the Argo Galley.

About the Program

The UCES digital signage program prioritizes student-led initiatives by accepting submissions from student organizations (must have an active Argo Pulse portal) at no charge. UWF departments and non-UWF affiliates may submit images at a cost of $15 per image for a two-week run. The image will run on both display screens. This cost allows us to continue to provide student-centered services, including digital signage, in the University Commons.

Guidelines

All images must be submitted according to the program's image specifications and deadlines. Design services are not included in the digital signage program. Submitted images must indicate the hosting student organization or UWF department. Images are subject to approval by University Commons and Event Services.

Student organizations may request one sign per event and no more than two signs during a two-week period.

Timelines

  • Display period: Two weeks per image
  • Deadline: Friday, the week before the image is requested to begin displaying
