The Aquatic Center is subject to closure for special events and routine maintenance. Closure dates will be posted to the facility bulletin boards and this web page as soon as they are known. Guests and members 16 years and older may access the facility without an adult; ID may be required to provide proof of age. Those under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 years old. Those who are 18-21 years old can only supervise a maximum of three under-aged swimmers.

Recreational Swim

Open to the UWF community and general public for leisure, fitness, and lap swimming opportunities. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. Ages 16 and older allowed in with photo ID. Diving boards are available during Recreational Swim.

Fitness Swim

Open to the UWF community and general public for fitness and lap swimming only. Diving boards are not available during Fitness Swim.


Parking

Aquatic Center users can park in Parking Lot B, located next to the UWF Water Tower, and Lot J, located next to the tennis courts. All visitors are required to obtain a Visitor Permit from the Visitors Center, Building 81, or Campus Police, Building 94. Locker Rental

Lockers may be rented by pool members for same the period as membership purchase only. Membership and locker rental will expire on the same date. Monthly members purchase lockers for the month, semester members purchase lockers for the semester, and members who purchase 3 semesters may purchase their locker for the same annual membership period. On a semester basis, currently enrolled UWF students may also purchase locker use. Our lockers already have locks built into them so you do not need to bring your own. Daily users are encouraged to leave their valuable items at home. Do not leave valuable items unattended in the facility.

Aquatic Center Rules

Please carefully and thoroughly review our rules that apply to usage of the pool, diving areas, and the sauna and whirlpool facilities. Your knowledge of our rules helps us to ensure the complete safety of all participants utilizing the UWF Aquatic Center.
