Peace Corps Prep Program
The University of West Florida offers Peace Corps Prep Program.

Volunteer Abroad
The Peace Corps has identified four core competencies critical to the intercultural fieldwork of Peace Corps Volunteers:
- Sector-specific skills
- Foreign language proficiency
- Intercultural competence
- Professional savvy and leadership
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate from the Peace Corps, which can provide a competitive edge when applying for Peace Corps service.
Peace Corps Prep programs correspond with the Peace Corps application process. Once enrolled in the Peace Corps Prep program, you are able to shape your curriculum around identified competencies and requirements.
Please note: Receiving a Peace Corps Prep certificate does not guarantee acceptance into the Peace Corps.
