Summer Contracts
Contract Opens on March 3, 2026.
Summer Housing Schedule
Residence Halls close on May 2, 2026, for the Spring Semester. All residents must vacate unless a Summer Housing contract is successfully completed for Term 1 (5/9-8/1) or Term 2 (5/9-6/20).
By completing a Summer 2026 Housing Contract, you acknowledge and agree to the required transition schedule:
- If you currently live on campus for Spring 2026 and you complete a Summer contract for Term 1or Term 2, you will transition from your current Spring room assignment to your Summer room assignment between May 8-9.
- If you are also contracted to live on campus for Fall 2026/Spring 2027, you will transition from your Summer room assignment to your Fall 2026 room assignment between July 24-25.

Summer Housing Room Assignments
- Heritage Hall and Village East buildings E and F will house Summer residents
- ALL First-Time-in-College students will be assigned to Heritage Hall
- Room assignments are conducted by the Housing office in the order of contract completion date and availability. Those assignments will be available for review beginning April 24, 2026.
