Summer Contracts

Summer contracts will open in March.

All residents must vacate their housing units unless they have completed a Summer Housing Contract. 

• Contracted Summer Residents will remain in their spring housing space until the end of the semester, at which time they will move to their assigned summer space.
• Our Summer contracts have part-of-term or full-summer options available.
