Summer Contracts

Summer Contracts open on March 3, 2025.

Complete a summer contract

Residence Halls close on May 3, 2025, after the end of the spring semester. All residents must vacate their housing units unless they have successfully completed their Summer Housing Contract. Review the Housing 2025 Housing Contract.

  • Contracted Summer Residents will remain in their spring housing space until May 9, at which time they will move to their assigned summer space.
  • Argo Hall and Village West buildings A and B will be used for 2025 Summer Residents.

When completing your Summer contract, please designate which part of the term you will be residing in or if you will remain for the full summer. The part of term dates and rental rates can be found on the Housing Rates webpage.
