If you have been awarded a HIP Grant, please select your folder below to access data sheets or drop data.  If you have not been awarded a HIP Grant, please navigate to your academic college and drop your data or use the template report. Reach out to the IE office (assessment@uwf.edu) if you do not see a location to drop in your data.

To Complete your QEP Report
1. Select your College or Division below 
2. Select your project name if you were granted a hip grant 
3. If you were not granted a hip grant select the folder listed College- open (School of Education-open, HMCSE-open, CASSH-open, COB-open, UKCOH-open)

QEP Data Collection -

  • Complete the QEP Data Collection tab and the Rubric Results by Course Section tabs
  • Drop any additional files our data from Canvas directly into the google folder
4. All files are Google sheets or Google docs, so changes are automatically saved.
5. Email assessment@uwf.edu to alert us that you have completed the report or dropped any files
