FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will my name be in the Convocation Program?
If you made the President's or Dean's honor roll (Spring, Summer or Fall 2012) your name will appear in the Convocation
Program. If you have a privacy hold on any information with Records and Registration, it must be lifted in order for your name to appear in
the program. To make arrangements to lift the hold, call (850) 474-2245.
Who can attend?
The event is open to the public.
What about seating?
Seating is on a first come basis.
Will classes be canceled?
Classes will be canceled from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to allow students to attend the ceremonies.
Are there Handicap services?
If you are receiving an award, and have special needs, please contact Irene A. Patti at (850) 474-3085 or ipatti@uwf.edu. A sign-language interpreter will also be on hand to translate.
President's Honor Roll?
All undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.90 or higher on a minimum of six semester hours of graded ("A-F")
course work at UWF are recognized on the President's honor roll for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters of 2012.
Dean's Honor Roll?
All undergraduate students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50 - 3.89 on a minimum of six semester hours of graded ("A-F")
course work at UWF are recognized on the Dean's honor roll for the Spring, Summer or Fall semesters of 2012.
