On-The-Spot Recognitions
The Division of University Advancement encourages employees to give appreciation to coworkers “on-the-spot." Informal recognition is spontaneous, motivating, reinforcing, simple, and should be a natural part of one’s day.
This Division of University Advancement will provide printable electronic OTS peer-appreciation notes, allowing employees to give on-the-spot appreciation to coworkers inside and outside the division.
