Sarah Schmuck

Biography

Sarah comes to the University of West Florida with over a decade of experience in higher education and extensive expertise in board management, administrative operations, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. In her current role at UWF, she serves as secretary for the UWF Foundation Board of Directors and oversees office management for the Division for University Advancement. She also provides executive support to the Vice President for University Advancement, coordinating administrative priorities and supporting the division’s day-to-day operations.

In her role with the UWF Foundation, Sarah supports board engagement and governance initiatives, helping foster meaningful connections between board members and the University. She also leads and contributes to process improvement efforts designed to enhance organizational efficiency, strengthen administrative practices, and improve the overall experience for board members, university leadership, and internal stakeholders.
