Dr. Lisa Blalock, Interim Chair, teaches research methods in psychology, professional development in psychology, and sensation and perception.

Dr. Chelsea L. Greer, Assistant Professor, teaches a variety of courses and the Undergraduate and Graduate levels centering on the application of Counseling/Clinical Psychology. As a licensed Counseling Psychologist, she is also involved in training students in the LMHC program.

Dr. Steven Kass, professor, teaches industrial and organizational psychology, human factors, training and development in the workplace, and psychology of learning.

Dr. Rob J. Rotunda, professor, teaches a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses focused on clinical/applied areas of psychology. As a licensed clinical psychologist he is also involved in training master’s level counselors.

Dr. Sherry Schneider, assistant professor and Coordinator of the I/O Psychology Masters Program, teaches social psychology, psychology of the workforce, industrial and organizational psychology, group dynamics in organizations, legal issues in I/O, and organizational change and development.
