Biography

Fiona Mowbray is originally from the United Kingdom but has been in the United States for 21 years.  Ms. Mowbray graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from UWF.  She continued her education at UWF and completed her MPH (Master of Public Health). When she is not advising UKCOH students, Ms. Mowbray spends her time sailing, paddle boarding, and hill walking.
