Biography

Brian Butler serves as the Photo and Video Manager for University Marketing and Communications. In this role, he supports the institutional brand across a variety of platforms by creating innovative photography and video assets. He also manages the University’s digital asset management system, ensuring appropriate tools and protocols are followed.

Brian has a passion for photography and has created tourism, concert, lifestyle and architectural photos for a variety of outlets. His video work includes commercial television, documentary film, motion graphics, voice overs and educational classes for business and higher education. Brian previously worked as a Producer/Director in the Creative Services department at WEAR-TV, the Multimedia Production Manager for the UWF Innovation Institute, and as the owner of Brian L Butler Creative.

Brian loves traveling with his wife Julie and has two adult daughters, one ’Nole and one Argo.
