Institutional Effectiveness has created assessment awards including the Claudia J. Stanny Excellence in Assessment Award and Maturity of Assessment Awards to award to departments/programs based on the quality of their reporting. Institutional Effectiveness invites you to display your badge on your department's website.
Adding to Your Website
Institutional Communications has developed web content that can be duplicated to your main content area or your Sidebar underneath your site navigation. To add either of these to your website:
- Email websupport@uwf.edu with the following details:
- Which Assessment Award(s) you would like to display.
- The exact URL or which website Sidebar the content should be duplicated to.
- Web Services will duplicate the content to your specified location and the content will be left pending approval.
- Approve the content at your convenience for it to go live and display on your site or page.
Claudia J. Stanny Excellence in Assessment Award
The Claudia J. Stanny Excellence in Assessment Award is awarded to academic programs that score at the top of the rubric on their annual programmatic assessment report as determined through Formal Review of Assessment.
Maturity of Assessment Recognition - Gold Level
Maturity of Assessment Recognition - Gold Level is awarded to departments who demonstrate a very robust and mature assessment process and demonstrate best practices on at least 18 rubric indicators beyond the reporting compliance section.
Maturity of Assessment Recognition - Silver Level
Maturity of Assessment Recognition - Silver Level is awarded to departments who demonstrate a strong and mature assessment process and demonstrate best practices on at least 10 rubric indicators beyond the reporting compliance section.
Maturity of Assessment Recognition - Bronze Level
Maturity of Assessment Recognition - Bronze Level is awarded to departments who demonstrate progression beyond compulsory reporting to maturity of assessment and incorporation of best practices into the assessment process on 2 rubric indicators beyond the reporting compliance section.
