All University Work Force position vacancies at the Academic Advisor level and higher and all Faculty position vacancies with the exception of adjunct, visiting positions, instructors, lecturers, and postdoctoral associates are required to be advertised in at least one external publication targeted to the recruitment of gender and racial/ethnic minority candidates. All advertisements must be approved by Human Resources prior to publication. The following class code positions require external advertisement.
