About MATH Success
Math Success is a program providing additional support for students enrolled in College Algebra with lab (MAC 1105C), Calculus 1 (MAC 2311) and Calculus 2 (MAC 2312) lecture courses. These sessions are mandatory for all students enrolled in either course. Students will attend weekly Math Success sessions offered for the lecture section in which they are enrolled. The Math Success classes will be led by student leaders who have successfully passed the three courses.
These Math Success sessions will allow students to work together in groups to solve worksheets and do activities designed to further solidify the concepts presented in their Math lectures. Students will also have the advice and guidance of peers who have completed one of the three math courses, in addition to the support they receive from their lecture professor.
