Facilities Maintenance is responsible for maintenance of existing facilities.
Facilities Maintenance services include:

- Electrical/Lighting, including replacing bulbs
- Exterior, Roof and Window
- Locks and Keys
- Elevators

KEY REQUESTS
There are 3 types of key requests:
Existing Employee, New Employee or Master Key

Replacement Keys for File Cabinets
Housing Contracts and Services - includes the Housing Maintenance Work Order; see "blue bar" 3rd from the bottom of the page
Telecommunications (phone) Service Requests Telecommunications provides voice connectivity (traditional and Voice over IP) and related services for campus and remote sites.
