Swipe your Nautilus Card to access all the copier features


How to get started

UWF employees who would like the ability to make job-related copies or print from their computer to the campus copiers will need to first have access to your department's Banner Index number(s) and then be "associated" with your Nautilus Card ID, which you can do at any device. To begin this process, please complete the Copy Service Access Request Form. This is a one-time-only process to gain secure access for charging specific account(s) while utilizing any device on campus. To remove a person from access to a departmental account, please complete the Access Removal Form.

Instructions for using forms via the Business & Auxiliary Services Service Desk are in Confluence > Business Process Library > Business Processes > Office Resources.

The first time you swipe your personal Nautilus Card you will be asked to enter your Argonet Username (not your entire email address, just your username) and Password. Touch the "Set" button on the screen. The process "associates" your Nautilus Card with your Argonet credentials. You will then see the original start-up screen again. Swipe your card again. You should then see a screen stating, "There are no print jobs awaiting release." and a button that says, "Use Copier Functions." Press these button to begin copying or scanning.

Ordering Copy Paper for Copy Service Devices: If your department or area has a Copy Service copier, you may order copy paper in letter, legal, and tabloid sizes from the Auxiliary Services office. The cost of the paper is included in your cost-per-copy. Paper orders are placed on Tuesday afternoon and delivered on Wednesdays each week. To place an order, dial Ext. 3012 or email copyserv@uwf.edu. This paper should ONLY be used in Copy Service devices, not other printers, etc.

Money can be added to your personal Nautilus Card account at any Automatic Deposit Machine (ADM), at the Commons Service Desk with no convenience fee, or online via MyUWF (convenience fee applies).
