Position Title: ABA Therapist (Behavior Therapist)

Description:

We are currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as ABA Therapists located in Boston, MA (Greater Boston Area) In this position, individuals will receive extensive training in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis and be responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism and other intellectual disabilities. Therapy is directed to increase language and communication skills, social skills, appropriate play skills, cooperation skills, and daily living skills. All programs will be directed by a BCBA and ongoing training will be provided. We also provide career advancement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field
  • BCBA/ BCaBA (or enrolled in classes) a plus
  • Relevant previous experience a plus
  • Must enjoy working with children, have great communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable

Realizing Children’s Strengths (RCS) Learning Center is currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Are you interested in working in a supportive environment with an outstanding team? Want to receive great training and experience at work? RCS is looking for ABA Supervisors to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

Job Position: BCBA/ABA Supervisor

Qualifications: ABA Supervisors must be efficient in creating and supervising the implementation of comprehensive ABA programs, completing functional behavior assessments, and developing and monitoring behavior plans. Candidate must be motivated with managerial, communication, and time management skills. Must have a Master's Degree and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Eligible. Fluency in a second language is beneficial, but not required. Please be prepared to submit references.

Hours/Location: Full-time and part-time positions, including weekend hours, are available and include working in a school setting (Natick, MA) and/or home settings (Central MA, Greater Boston, Metrowest, North Shore, Southeast, SouthShore and Western MA).
