Position: Registered Behavior Technician/ Tech Position

Job Description: Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides ABA therapy in the home, school, and community for children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our program is based on the science and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

We are currently looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children and families to assist in the individualized treatment of learners. The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Working directly with the child, teaching across many skill areas, such as conversation skills, fine/gross motor skills, self-help skills, and pre-academic skills under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Data collection on skills and behavior and making data-based decisions with the client’s team.
  • Involving the child's family into therapy sessions.
  • Learning strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays and behavioral needs.
  • Attending team meetings and collaborating with a team of therapists.
  • Traveling to the home of each client on the therapist's case load.

IF SO, The Centers for Behavior Intervention is a growing and looking for HIGH-Energy Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) such as yourself to join our team! We are a private ABA clinic providing a wide variety of services. This role affords the opportunity to develop leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to develop clients treatment plans, as well as supervise the ABA Therapists / RBTs to implement such plans. Our ABA Therapists / RBTs will rely on their BCBA to assist them in overcoming challenges and answer questions about their day to day client interactions. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. The BCBA should be organized and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Preferred 2 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst in a clinical setting or with learners diagnosed with autism but will also consider new graduates looking for their first and exciting new start in the field.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
