Biography
Brandy McGraw is an accomplished supply chain and manufacturing executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the energy and industrial sectors. She currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of the GE Vernova in Pensacola, Florida site, where she develops and executes operational strategy for the company's highest-volume wind turbine manufacturing facility, recognized as a flagship site for lean transformation.
Ms. McGraw's career trajectory demonstrates deep expertise across manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and lean transformation initiatives. Prior to GE Vernova, she led multi-site operations for a $1.2B energy transition services product line overseeing global production, procurement, and sourcing as the Wireline Services Global Supply Chain Director for Baker Hughes.
Throughout her career with GE and Baker Hughes, Ms. McGraw has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in technical services and operations leadership positions across multiple US regions. She began her professional journey through GE's Operations Management Leadership Program in 2001.
Ms. McGraw holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
She actively contributes to professional and community organizations as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and serves on the Hal Marcus College of Science & Engineering Advisory Board at the University of West Florida.
