All registered student organizations are allowed two non-consecutive monthly calendar weeks each month to reserve the Shadow Box, located to the left of the Service Desk and Ticket Center near the bookstore entrance. Student organizations have one week at a time to display approved materials in the shadow box display case.
Requests for the shadow box must be made via phone call (850.474.2406) or in person at the Service Desk (Building 22) and by a Service Desk Clerk.
Requests must include name of the organization, the person putting in the request, a phone number and an email address. All reservations start Sunday (setup day) and end Saturday (removal day) when the Service Desk closes for the day.
If a student organization has already requested and reserved a date on the Service Desk Calendar and would like to change its reservation, the same person who made the original request must contact the Service Desk to make sure that the new reservation dates/week are open. If a date is already blocked off for a student organization, another organization CANNOT reserve that week.
