Join an FSL Organization

This webpage provides information on the requirements and steps for joining a fraternity or sorority at UWF.

Membership Requirements for FSL Eligibility

  • Must be a current undergraduate degree-seeking UWF student.
  • Completion of the necessary forms and modules listed below.

Necessary Forms and Modules

Complete the following*:

Step 1: Hazing Prevention 101 Course—College Edition 2025

Step 2: Hazing Regulation Notice

Step 3: FSL Grade Release Form

Step 4: Virtual FSL Info Session Quiz

  • Click on "eLearning" at the top of the page.
  • Navigate to "Self Enrollment."
  • Click "Enroll" on 'Fraternity and Sorority Life Information Course.'

*Please note you will need your MyUWF credential to complete the requirements.

Completion of FSL necessary forms and modules does not guarantee membership into any FSL organization.
