Billing and Schedule
Each semester, families receive a clear billing schedule outlining coverage dates, invoice issue dates, payment due dates and holiday closures. Our goal is to help you plan ahead with confidence as you balance family, school and work.

Billing
Invoices for ERCCD services are processed through the University’s Financial Office and are due upon receipt. Invoices not paid by the due date will include a $25 late payment fee.
Account Holds
In accordance with the University Board of Trustees Regulation (REG 4.009 Delinquent Accounts):
- The University’s Student Financial Office may place a hold on student records 14 days after an invoice is issued.
- Holds are managed entirely by the University and may affect registration, transcripts and other student services until the balance is resolved.
- ERCCD does not place or remove account holds, but we are happy to help you understand the process.
To help ensure uninterrupted care, all invoices must be paid by the end of each billing period. If a balance remains unpaid, care may be paused until the account is resolved with the University.
While we must follow all University billing and account policies, ERCCD is committed to assisting families in navigating these processes with clarity and compassion. Schedule
A complete list of closures and important dates is updated at the beginning of each semester. ERCCD provides care and early education during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters, following the University academic calendar.
The Center closes twice a year:
- One week between the Summer and Fall semesters
- Three weeks during the University's winter break
