She volunteers for the Florida Okinawan Kenjinkai.

He has a bachelor of arts degree in English from Florida Memorial University and a master of arts in administration from Barry University. Both of these institutions are located in Miami, Florida. At UWF, Glenn enjoys working with the diverse population of students, faculty, and staff in providing exemplary customer service to internal and external consumers, in addition to, being accessible as a resource in meeting students’ academic needs. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and shopping at various online retailers. He is an avid reader who enjoys old classical and jazz movies.

Jeanne is a Study Abroad and International Student Advisor in International Affairs. She enjoys working with UWF Global Quarter and as advisor to BRASA, the Brazilian student organization, to bring international students and globally-minded UWF students together.

What she appreciates most about the University of West Florida is the student-centered approach to learning and the interaction between students, faculty, and staff. She is proud to part of a team whose focus is helping students achieve their goals. When she is not out walking her dog or at the beach with family and friends, you can find her trying out a new recipe or practicing her foreign language skills.

Victoria is the Office Administrator for the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences. She has held this position since February 2006. Before taking this position, she was an OPS staff assistant in the Department of Anthropology, then led by Dr. Judy Bense. She came to the university after working for many years in Boston, MA. Her interests include gardening, her pets (3 dogs and a cat), and, most recently, she has become interested in politics.

Brandy is a two-time graduate from the University of West Florida. She received an M.A. in strategic communication and leadership in May 2018 and a B.A. in communication with a focus in public relations in 2006.

Katy is the Senior Grant Specialist and Internal Grants Coordinator in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. She recently celebrated her 12th year in higher education, having worked in junior colleges and state universities around Florida.

She has been with the University of West Florida for three years this July and absolutely loves being an Argo! She appreciates that UWF is unique, not only in the way it is tucked away amongst the hills and trees, but more so in how giving and supportive all the employees are towards one another and the greater Pensacola community.

When she is not working, you can usually find her at the gym, volunteering within the community (active with Pensacola Mardi Gras and other organizations), or just being outside with her three dogs.

Brooke is the Office Administrator in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. She started at UWF almost 6 years ago as an OPS employee in Mathematics and Statistics. Mandi is the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions in the Graduate School. She loves many aspects about UWF, but her favorite is the mutual goal across campus to help students be successful and in turn go on to promote UWF in a positive light. She sees this first hand on a daily basis, as she has to reach out to a variety of faculty and staff across campus in regards to applicants, current students, as well as Metric 1 and Metric 8 projects.

She spends her time outside of work with her family. They are typically at the ball field or a concert with one of her boys.  If not, you can find her at the beach with a book in her hand.

Her favorite part of working at UWF is working with all the other faculty and staff to better our students and prepare them for the future. In addition, she is grateful every morning as she drives on to campus for the beautiful and natural campus to enjoy every day. Outside of the University, she enjoys spending time with her family and teaching her children about nature and wildlife.

Eric is the Office Administrator for the Department of Global Hospitality and Tourism Management. He was born and raised in West Virginia where he was active in sports and music. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1980 and retired in 2012 at the rank of commander. After retirement, Eric devoted himself to being a stay-at-home, full-time husband and father and became a national level U.S.A. Swimming Official to assist his children’s passion for competitive swimming.

Eric enjoys working in the UWF community where everyone is really a close-knit team, always willing to offer assistance and advice. He appreciates working closely with and learning from faculty and staff and especially enjoys assisting students.

As the programs continue to grow, she enjoys the challenges of implementation and expansion.

Prior to starting at UWF, she worked for over 20 years with non-profit organizations, assisting with meeting planning and other administrative functions. She is married and has three children and six grandchildren. She has a plentiful garden and enjoys the bountiful returns by canning and freezing lots of vegetables. She feels blessed with wonderful friends and family and enjoys spending time with all of them.
