Biography
Dr. Jeffrey Phillips is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Instructional Design and Technology. He received a Ph.D and two master’s degrees from Florida State University. His research interests include human performance improvement, change management, and instructional design.
Degrees & Institutions
Dr. Jeff Phillips completed a Master of Library Information Studies and a Master of Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies at Florida State University. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University. This comprehensive educational background equipped Dr. Phillips with a diverse skillset and deep understanding of information and change management, instructional design, and learning technologies.
