Biography

Dr. Lauren Adlof is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Instructional Design and Technology. She received her Ed.D and master’s degree from the University of West Florida, and her bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University. Her research interests include human performance technology, generative AI as a constructivist learning tool, and graduate student needs and support structures.

Degrees & Institutions

Dr. Adlof earned her Doctorate in Instructional and PerformanceTechnology from the University of West Florida. She received her Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University.
