Reporting a Concern or Complaint: UWF Anonymous Helpline

Concerns and complaints regarding improper conduct, noncompliance, and violations of UWF policies can be reported anonymously through Ethicspoint by calling toll free at 1-844-858-1413. Ethicspoint is an independent organization that serves as a liaison between the University and the person bringing the complaint so that anonymity can be ensured. Examples of Noncompliance: Animal research, conflict of interest, export control, human subjects research, misuse of intellectual property or confidential information, scientific or research misconduct, or sponsored project noncompliance.

Reports of human participant studies noncompliance can also be reported by contacting the UWF Institutional Review Board (IRB) at 850-474-​2824 or emailing research​@uwf.edu.
