Proposal Submission

Submit proposal requests to Research Administration and Engagement via Cayuse, our new research platform.

The Cayuse Sponsored Projects Research Suite is a connected, cloud-based research suite that is designed to simplify the preparation and electronic submission of proposals.

Currently, the University of West Florida uses the following applications to administer sponsored project activities:

  • Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP) - sponsored project management software that simplifies the management of sponsored projects from proposal development through close-out. Centralizes the proposal submission and award management processes through the use of electronic routing to reduce review time, central hub for proposal information and status, and role-based dashboards to improve efficiency.
