Academic Program Review Report Access

To Access your Department’s Academic Program Review Template:

• Select your College below and expand.
• Select your Department.
  • Note: You must be signed in with your UWF account to access your departmental folders.
• Select the Program Review folder.
• In the folder you will see the template titled  UWF_Self_Study_dept-name.
  • You may share this template with others in your department as you work on it.
  • You will also see a summary of SLO assessment findings in the folder as well.
  • Some tables have data that is prefilled. Areas where a departmental response is expected are notated in red.
