Admissions Requirements

MA in ESE with Specialization in ABA
Applicants must submit:
- An application for graduate admission to the MA in Exceptional Student Education with Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (with $30 application fee).
- Official transcripts confirming a bachelor’s degree from an institution whose accrediting agency is included on the list of UWF approved accrediting agencies
- The minimum GPA for admission is a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Applicants who do not meet the minimum GPA requirements may be granted conditional admission with a corresponding high rubric score on their letter of intent and two letters of recommendation.

- Official transcripts from any institution in which the applicant earned more than 15 credit hours.
- A letter of intent that follows the instructions and grading rubric.
BS in Health Science with Specialization in Behavior Analysis
Applicants must submit:
- Official transcripts from all institutions previously attended whose accrediting agency is included on the list of UWF approved accrediting agencies
- Including successful completion of prerequisite courses with a grade of C or better
- ACT or SAT Scores
- Application for undergraduate admission (plus a $30 application fee)
- Including the residency application form for tuition purposes
Non-Degree Seeking Graduate Students
Applicants must submit:
- An application for non-degree seeking graduate admission as a Masters level student.
- Select either the Graduate ABA Certificate (for the BCBA course sequence) or the Graduate QBA Certificate
- Confirm that you have completed a bachelor’s degree
Non-Degree Seeking Undergraduate Students
Applicants must submit:
- An application for non-degree seeking undergraduate admission
- Select either the Undergraduate ABA Certificate, which includes coursework for students pursuing BCaBA and QASP-S certification.
- Students who already possess a bachelor’s degree must still apply as an undergraduate student in order to pursue the Undergraduate ABA certificate.
