Jennifer Rather

Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Sport Management at Columbia Southern and her Master of Science in Sport Commerce at the University of Memphis. She began her career in higher education in student services and athletics at Roane State Community College. She then continued her career by working through the ranks of student services at Pellissippi State Community College in admissions, enrollment, and testing. After 13 years working at Tennessee Board of Regents institutions, Jennifer made the move to Pensacola to work at UWF in the Registrar's Office. Jennifer's desire to work more directly with students and provide them with the tools to be successful in their educational endeavors led to her advising within UKCOH.  

As a first-generation college graduate, Jennifer is passionate about assisting anyone on their path to higher education. She believes that everyone should have the support to be successful while pursuing their college degree.

In her free time, she is an avid CrossFitter, beach-goer, and slow-pitch softball player!
