What You Will Learn

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management with a Management Specialization is designed for people who aim for or hold positions of organizational management.

You will begin your studies with a foundation of core business courses on topics such as managerial finance, e-business fundamentals, operations management and international business.

You will have the opportunity to work with faculty on research projects and complete internships with local, national or international organizations, gaining real-world application of your classroom learning.

A minor in management provides non-business majors with the professional skills necessary for positions in business and industry.

UWF programs offered at the Pensacola campus or UWF Emerald Coast may require online courses. Please discuss the program requirements and planning with your academic advisor.


This specialization prepares you for a broad range of managerial and leadership positions. It emphasizes understanding organizational processes, identifying constraints and conflicts within an organization, improving the use of resources and devising plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
