White-collar crimes and especially fraud have been increasing in recent years. As such, there has been an emerging need for qualified professionals who have a broader understanding of white-collar crimes and various types of fraud. The purpose of this certificate program is to provide students with general knowledge and basic skills to recognize and understand the dynamics of white-collar crimes in general.
What You Will Learn
This certificate program's goal is to increase students’ skills and knowledge on technical, legal, and investigative aspects of fraud cases and cultivate interest and awareness about Fraud Examinations as a career option (CFE). This program is taught by faculty with subject matter expertise. It is flexible in both content and modality. Students may select courses that suit their interests and complement their current career or coursework. The program is offered in both face-to-face and online formats.
