PCard Audit
The University of West Florida has a banking contractual agreement to issue Purchasing Cards (PCard) for eligible individuals who meet the required criteria allowing them to make certain tax-exempt business-related purchases on behalf of UWF.
IAMC conducts PCard audits of University departments throughout each fiscal year. These audits last approximately one week from notification to the issuance of a report. The audits determine how effective PCard holders and other department personnel are in complying with University policies and procedures. Ratings are given based on the results of the audit work.
