Biography

Chris Roney has called Pensacola home for over 30 years. A proud University of West Florida graduate and former student-athlete, he launched Ace Unlocks from the UWF campus in 1998. Today, it stands as the premier locksmith company serving greater Pensacola and the surrounding region.

In addition to leading Ace Unlocks, Chris owns and operates a software diagnostics company based in the United Kingdom and serves as a nationwide trainer in the industry.

Deeply committed to giving back, he has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida, the UWF Foundation, and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Foundation.

Chris and his wife Jenny married in 2008 and are raising three boys — Hogan, Tyne, and Evan. He believes there is no greater calling than serving the community that has given him so much.
