Rodney Sutton

Biography

Rodney Sutton is the Managing Partner for SNS Realty, Inc. For the past 21 years, he has successfully developed residential, commercial, medical, and industrial real estate properties. Over the course of his career, he has owned and operated many successful businesses. Sutton is a licensed commercial real estate broker in Florida who is heavily involved in his community.

Sutton is the fifth generation of his family to be born and raised in Pensacola. He graduated from Tate High School and UWF, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree in 1991. He also earned the Annual Student Leadership and Service Award in 1991 while serving as President of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, President of the Student Marketing Association, and the Student Government Association Director of Student Lobbying. 

Sutton is proud to have served as the Scoutmaster of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 11 in Gulf Breeze for eight years and has coached 29 scouts who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He currently serves proudly on the UWF Foundation Board of Directors. 

He has lived and worked in Chicago, Orlando, Tampa, and Atlanta.  Sutton has lived in Gulf Breeze for 25 years with his wife of 27 years, Amy Sutton, and their two sons, Jacob and Blake.
