Mary Holladay

Biography
Mary Holladay has been a UWF employee for over 27 years. She has served as the Business Manager for the Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business since 2003. In this role, she manages and oversees the college’s finances and personnel duties (currently 120 employees).
Holladay began working at UWF in a clerical position in the Department of Accounting and Finance in 1982. Except for one year, she worked full-time and went to college full-time to complete her bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After graduation, she went to work at a CPA firm in Alabama. She also worked for the United Methodist Church and returned to UWF full-time in 2002. Her experience includes auditing, financial and data reporting, budgeting, and HR administration. She is a member of Delta Sigma Pi.
She was awarded a full-tuition and book scholarship to Pensacola Junior College. She is the recipient of Academic Affairs Nautilus Excellence Awards, Best of Strictly Business Awards, Extraordinary Service Awards, an SBDC MVP award and a college impact award.
She has served on numerous search committees and has volunteered to serve for graduation and college events. Holladay has volunteered on committees and events for her church. During the last 20 years, she and her family have provided a forever home to five rescue dogs.
She has been married for over 36 years to Stephen Holladay, has two children, Melissa and Stephen, a son-in-law, Joe, and two grandchildren, Joey and Lilly.
